About the role
Be a Product Owner / Manager between Japan and Vietnam team, helping to develop products using agile methods.
Owning a product/product line, developing and maintaining product vision and strategies to achieve it
Create Inception Deck to align all stakeholders and development teams members
Explain to the development team about the products market & users
Create the Persona and Customer Journey Map
Create the User Story Map and define the minimum viable product (MVP) Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
Prioritize requirements based on their values and maximize those values Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
Perform user acceptance testing
Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality
Work closely with the development team to make sure that product backlogs are understood correctly, and make adjustments in time if needed
Work with the designer to create UI/UX flow
Drive the product evolution through data analysis and user feedback
Define and validate product KPI and monitor it
Communicate with business stakeholders

English Business Level
Communication and negotiation skills.
Have a Growth Mindset, willing to learn and improve himself
Experience with PO, PM.
Wellcome Skills
Familiarity with UI, UX principles, and best practices
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
Vietnam Native Level
Certified Scrum Product Owner
Have a bachelor s degree in business administration/Marketing
Previous experience as a Bridge Engineer
