ZOHO Marketing and Campaign Specialist

This is a remote position.

RSM ATL is an all-inclusive service provider for restaurants and their facility needs. As the company grows, we are looking for a ZOHO Marketing and Campaign Specialist that will create effective, reliable, ongoing campaigns across a range of channels, including email, webinars, social media, and digital advertising. This position will work with ZOHO and other systems to deliver engaging campaigns. This role plays a critical role in driving success across all of our key marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and launch campaigns using ZOHO
  

• Drive the development of an annual comprehensive marketing plan
  

• Marketing deliverables will result in multi-channel deployment, including but not limited to: Email, Text, Social Advertising, Direct Mail
  

• Build marketing campaign target audiences, email templates, direct mail content, text marketing templates, and other forms of digital marketing
  

• Efficiently process and execute assigned task work, setting expectations and task completion within agreed upon timelines with supported team members
  

• Work in conjunction with other Managed Services Teams to fulfil campaign needs
  

• Other tasks as assigned
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree or history of relevant work experience
  

• 3+ years of experience in marketing
  

• Manage and update our company s website. Maximize our marketing approach for Sales, Recruitment and Company recognition.
  

• Website optimization coordination and search engine optimization
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high level of grammar and spelling accuracy
  

• Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
  

• Strong computer skills in combination with marketing technology software
  

• Superior attention to detail
  

• Ability to set, maintain and meet demanding timelines, and ability to function under pressure
