Back/Middle Officer Funds - Private Banking

Alternative and traditional funds trade management and execution.

Ensure trades are placed and arrange payments according to the related cut-offs and dealing dates.

Monitor trade status and follow-up with all counterparties to receive trade confirmation and respective contract notes.

Ensure that all related documentation is available, stored and updated accordingly to allow STP documentation filling.

Answer and follow up accordingly for all AML/KYC requests sent by the funds in relations with the trades placed or the positions held.

Follow-up with the corporate action team to account for any pending or forthcoming event which could impact an existing trade.

Liaise with internal teams for instruments and counterparties accounts setups and updates (including wiring instructions).

Identify and solve promptly all security and cash breaks in relation with the activity.

Help analyze system infrastructure and existing process flows to determine gaps or opportunities for productivity in.crease, operational efficiency or risk reduction.

Constantly review operational processes to identify unnecessary or redundant tasks within the team and suggest operational and organization process changes.

Identify all possible automation opportunities in the current tasks to improve STP
