Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations Manager will partner with Marketing and other teams to improve the Marketing Client lifecycle, drive efficiencies, and deliver top-level customer experience. You will own the overall Marketing Client lifecycle strategy from visitor to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) for Customer acquisition and help drive and nurture success in partnership with Sales.

The Marketing Operations Manager will also be a key advocate for our Marketing technology needs and lead the sharing of those needs with our technology teams. The successful candidate is expected to support US working hours.



Responsibilities:
  • Partner with key leaders across the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver on the strategic goals of the Marketing organization.
  • Support key operational processes, including lead scoring, distribution, management & strategy, attribution processes, ABM, and outbound marketing efforts.
  • You will partner closely with the Marketing leadership and Revenue Operations leadership team to build scalable processes to address any challenges in the Marketing lifecycle process to improve organizational efficacy.
  • Help to optimize marketing training programs to deliver effective onboarding and drive ongoing Marketing productivity improvements.
  • As a trusted partner for your Marketing teams, you will be expected to help them to achieve and exceed delivery targets.
  • You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver optimal solutions and enhance processes in the entire Customer lifecycle.
  • Understand the Marketing technology stack and address any gaps by building business cases, and business requirements, and leading the delivery of key technology to the stack.
  • You will become an SME in our product features, marketing programs, and applications to ensure they support our Marketing needs.
  • You will enhance the Marketing team s communication strategy by building a program for the Voice of the Customer.
  • You will stay current on all company product lines, competitive products, and new trends in Marketing technology.

Requirements


  • At least 7 years of Marketing or Marketing Operations experience building out a Marketing Operations function
  • Passion for data-driven decisions and influencing technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with multiple levels from executive to user. High personal ethics
  • Previous experience with B2B Marketing
  • Previous SaaS experience
  • Knowledge in building out Marketing tech stack including new workflows to improve automation and prospect / customer experience
  • Marketing CRM (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.)
  • Sales CRM (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce etc.)
  • Google Analytics
  • Marketing, Sales, Operations, or related experience.
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from11PM-8AM
