Chef De Cuisine
Modern Nikkei Japanese Asian Fusion restaurant in famous Luxury Resort
Located near Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Caribbean
Breakfast ( Buffet - A la Carte wellness offer)
Lunch ( Light & Fresh international meno on the Terrace front our Infitity Pool)
Dinner ( Asian, Fusion and bar, serving Japanese / fusion -inspired sushi, sashimi, seafood, fish, and meat cooked on a Robata grill )
Room service Kitchen
Kosher Program
Private Dinner
Chef de Cuisine will work closely with Culinary Director and push to gain the Forbes Stars
As Chef de Cuisine , you will support the team in delivering outstanding levels of cooking and service
Will be in charge of the different daily Operation of Blue Restaurant Central Kitchen ( Breakfast Lunch Dinner Room Service Kosher Program Banqueting )
Must have a stable career working in high quality recognized restaurants
200 covers daily ( on High Season ) average
1 day and a half Off aweek or 3 days every 2 weeks
Current team of 25chefs
Professional and dynamic working environment
Excellent career development opportunities

- Spanish Speaker a must English Mandatory
- Strong experience in modern venues with dinner experiences with a lot of customer volume.
- Restaurants such as: Sexy Fish - Novikov - Zuma - Nobu - Cova ...
- Strong spirit of initiative and great leadership.
Benefits
Salary package total, 42,000 USD net per year
Salary package breakdown
2500 x 12 = 30,000 basic salary per year
Tips 600 x 12 = 7200 tips per year
Bonus 2500 annual bonus
Bonus 2500 Christmas bonus
42,200 = Total salary including tips and 2 x bonus
