Application Support SE

• Application support and troubleshooting using both application and backend DB.
  
• Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through Jira
  
• Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement (automation initiatives) to reduce repetitive effort
  
• Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support
  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and client teams
  

Requirements

• B.Sc. from an accredited institution
  
• 1+ years experience in application support
  
• Strong hands-on skills in SQL Server with T-SQL and Stored Procedures
  
• Familiarity supporting applications written in .NET framework
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  
• Familiarity using Jira/Confluence or similar ticking system and related process.
