- Explain clearly the treatment, products and any instructions.
- Show guests to change room, explain facilities and procedures.
- Following treatment, offer guest drinks and the opportunity to purchase products used in treatment or other gifts.
- Handle guest complaints courteously and if unable to resolve, refer to the Manager/supervisor
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Smile, project a sincere, friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered; including up-selling or re-booking of treatment and retail selling.
