Job Description

  • Responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Work in co-ordination with the investment product team to ensure the overall functionality of the offering delivers a great client and user experience
  • Defining how data extracts can be built to enhance client experience and grow effective sales.
  • Co-ordinate with the GIB (Group) Digital team, leveraging existing architecture, work, and resources where it makes sense, to scale the new Wealth Management business rapidly and cost-efficient manner.
  • Facilitate the product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital all the wealth management products being offered.
