Job Title: Equipment & Materials Coordinator

Work Location: Katy TX 77493

Job Type: Contract

Duration:6 months

Job Description:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of equipment or transportation planning or coordinating. Some travel to Midland, TX required (Up to, but to not exceed, 1 week per month).

Responsibilities:

• Perform Fixed Asset Disposal Accounting

• Demobilize Equipment

• Mobilize Equipment

• Identify and Assign Equipment for Job

• Reconcile Post Job Resources

• Develop Consensus Resource Demand Forecast

• Create Intercompany Sales Order

• Verify Projected Resource Availability

• Balance Short-Term Asset Demand with Supply

• Dispose Equipment

• Track jobs in iDistrict/FDP or similar business system/application.

• Track tool shipment dates to allocate tools/equipment

• Ensure job entry resources are accurate in iDistrict or equivalent business system.

• Liaise with TLM to ensure that resources are aligned and issues are addressed.

• Allocate resources in accordance with job requirements on iDistrict or equivalent business system.

• Update the equipment inventory daily.

• Provide feedback (short to tactical term) to the maintenance personnel and ensure that
  equipment is sent to base for maintenance on time.

• Maintain regular communication with Logistics regarding the transportation of tools,
  equipment and materials

• Monitor and focus on equipment utilization indicators.

• Propose initiatives and actions to improve equipment utilization, tool mobilization process, logistics in location/GeoMarket, etc."
