They operate through two segments: Electronic Instruments and Electromechanical. The Electronic Instruments segment designs and manufactures analytical, test, and measurement instrumentation for the energy, aerospace, power, research, medical, and industrial markets. The Electromechanical segment provides automation and precision motion control solutions, as well as electrical interconnects, specialty metals, and thermal management systems.

Job Description
Work safely to avoid work injuries or accidents. (i.e., personal protective equipment)
Follows all applicable QMS documents.
Perform to acceptable quality levels.
Complete manufacturing paperwork, such as in labor and quality records.
Performs manufacturing processes from Work instructions and Assembly instructions as part of an operations team.
Perform assignments which are designated by the attached list of "Production Career Ladder Matrix".
Participates in solving problems within the scope of the position.
Be available to achieve delivery goals.
Participate in cross-training as applicable.
Help with the training of other employees.
Participates in set-up/ start-up, shut down, cleaning and general housekeeping/maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
Competencies/Skills/Abilities:

Conditions/Tools:
Manufacturing environment-includes sitting/standing while doing process work.
Cleanroom environment.
Chemical handling.
Operates tools and equipment (pliers, cutters, and hand crimpers).
Some lifting up to 50 lbs.
Personal Protective Equipment as required.
