The below job opportunity is with one of our Biotech clients who researches develop and commercializes drugs. The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and influenza, including Harvoni and Svaldi.

Job Description:

• Process Modeling Specialist will be responsible for process modeling and technical writing of procedural and governance documentation to support cross-functional initiatives within the Clinical Data Science (CDS) organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop process models (e.g., business process workflows) of cross-functional processes from stakeholder descriptions of new and current procedures

• Partner closely with other stakeholders across CDS to develop technical writing materials (e.g., procedural and governance documentation)

• Evaluate and optimizing current processes and process-related documents

• Develop RASCI charts to support cross-functional initiatives

• Support change management efforts to raise stakeholder awareness and adoption

Knowledge and skills:

• Proven skills in working as a member of a team as well as independently

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong ability to facilitate and drive progress in a cross-functional team environment

• Superior customer service orientation with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail

• Solid proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Visio

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and execute multiple projects to successful completion.

Education and Experience:

• Experience with process mapping is required

• Experience in the technical writing of procedural documentation is required

• BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of training experience

• Experience within a pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization is preferred

• Data Science or Biometrics experience a plus
