Job Description:
REQUIREMENT:
A candidate with a passion for HW debugging of embedded processor-based systems and hands-on skills in HW debugging and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Embedded processor-based system
Experience in Linux-based embedded system bring up and testing
Testing of embedded systems using debug utilities/tools
Experience in performing diagnostic test to troubleshoot HW and SW issues
Remote troubleshooting experience of HW issues and SW installation issues
Knowledge of shell scripting
Familiarity with I2C, PCIe protocol
Experience in programming of FPGA using Xilinx JTAG tools, Flash programming using Dediprog, nVME using Clonezilla, etc.
Ability to assemble systems from parts (motherboard, CPU, add-on cards, power supply, memory, nVME, etc.)
Ability to configure computers with BIOS, OS install, and software installations (on Windows and Linux)
Networking basic knowledge
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science is preferred;
1-2 years of the relevant work experience listed in the requirement
Good understanding of processor-based embedded system architecture and Linux operating systems
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and pronounced attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
