Job Description:

Mission

• The User Experience Researcher is responsible for planning, conducting and drawing actionable insights from field research, including interviews and observations.

• The User Experience Researcher develops and owns research projects, and is able to analyze and use data to move the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability research online and in the field, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Serve as a member of a team that acts as a repository of research-based usability knowledge.

• Work with the product team to test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative methods.

• Determine user needs by conducting task-focused analyses.

• Work with user experience and visual designers to test proposed look and feel initiatives.
