- This role is in the operational line organization (the SL Build Organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is implemented within the scope of OHS requirements. All deployment activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Project Managers. Line Managers for personnel in this Projects act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson’s values, ethics, and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance and secure accurate resources needed in Deployment Process. What you will do Manage and own an organization’s unit size of 60-70 of local employees and up to 20 of remote resources, delivering project management and onsite activities for Radio Access Network (RAN): 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G as well MW/TX/FTTs Transmission and Civil Work Activities.
