The company also produces flash memories, graphics processors, motherboard chip sets, and a variety of components used in consumer electronics goods.

Job Summary:

  • The fast-growing Client San Diego office is looking for a new receptionist. This role involves a variety of different responsibilities and requires good computer and social skills.

THE PERSON:

  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work with all levels of management

  • Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer-service orientation and approachable style

  • Attention to detail and quality of all out-going materials and correspondence

  • High level of initiative and organization

  • Offer back-up support to other administrators when needed

  • Adhere to corporate and county policies to help combat Covid-19 infections.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Prepare documents such as agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and some work in Excel

  • Attend meetings; document and distribute meeting notes on as needed basis

  • Respond to internal inquiries from supported teams

  • Plan and execute group meeting logistics, order catering, etc.

  • Responsible for tracking and managing seating assignments

  • Arrange all aspects of travel for managers and above

  • Prepare and submit expense reports for managers and above

  • Procure office equipment and supplies as needed

  • These tasks include welcoming visitors, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements
    Coordinate events such as communication meetings, external seminars, celebrations, all hands, team building events and offsites etc.

  • New hire coordination: Complete IT requirements thru onboarding portal for new hires.

  • welcome new hire and work with the manager as needed.

  • Work on special projects as needed

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
