Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

• The business architect analyst will assist in efforts to analyze market development opportunities for digital technologies and sales growth, and build tools generating insights, optimizations, recommendations and results.

• You will be responsible for diving into detail and finding out the story that can help to make business decisions.

• You will help to identify key data points, model information into value added insights, tracking needs, collect data and investigate data patterns across division and regions.

What will you do?

• Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze business needs and translate into functional design requirements

• Serve as the conduit between the business community and the software development team through requirements, design, testing and implementation

• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to recommend business process and technical systems solution options

• Communicate with leadership to centralize information and share performances

• Participate in support function to resolve user related requests and execute operational excellence

• Analyze data to generate added value output which can be turn into impactful and communicate findings to the business

• Comply with company's Global IT Policies & Procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

How will you get here

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field of study

• Ability to assume and complete assignments independently and on time

• Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience

• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application requirements

• Strong project management skills and thorough understanding of project management lifecycle

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups

• Knowledge of Mysql and/or SQL, python, data science

• Strong Excel skills

• Must be results driven with excellent attention to detail

• Must be comfortable managing projects and timelines within a matrix environment

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
