- Play a key part in the CRM & Loyalty team to attract, retain and engage Starbucks customers, maximising loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
- Build and execute CRM campaigns on CRM systems in line with business objectives.
- Execute and enhance the customer lifecycle marketing strategy, implementing personalised communications.
- Drive strong engagement with store colleagues and baristas to ensure that knowledge and best practices instore.
- Support operational teams in driving loyalty across stores to achieve relevant targets.
