We have partnered with a large Health Insurance company in the Newtown Square, PA area to provide them with a Senior Business Analyst Performance Management.

Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst Performance Management:

  • Drives the planning and execution of key projects related to overall Enterprise Optimization goals by identifying and reinforcing project objectives, strategic considerations, and milestones.
  • Performs and presents relevant analysis to facilitate decision-making and drive value realization.
  • Organizes raw data, runs report queries, and analyzes data outputs to clearly communicate results.
  • Supports and coordinates the timely preparation and development of materials for the VP of Enterprise Optimization, the CEO, Executive Council, Executive Steering Committee, and Board of Directors.
  • Works on a fast-paced team and delivers accurate, high-quality outputs and actionable solutions within departmental timeframes to meet standard and ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Collaborates with business leaders and other stakeholders to perform root cause analysis, gather data, and resolve any issues or concerns related to Enterprise Optimization.
  • Develops deep understanding of WAVE tool for day-to-day Enterprise Optimization management and value tracking.
  • Liaises with Workstream Leaders, Initiative Owners, and other key stakeholders as needed to drive the progress of the transformation.
  • Coordinates and facilitates meetings on special projects to convene stakeholders in the creation of requested analysis, reports, and presentations.
  • Develops recommendations for improving the efficiency and performance of Enterprise Optimization processes.
  • Learns rapidly and enthusiastically, focusing on understanding the objectives and scope of Enterprise Optimization in detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst Performance Management:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4+ years of business analysis experience demonstrated ability to analyze data within limited time frames and translate into digestible formats (PPT, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environment and demands.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships, to work well under pressure, to organize and synthesize new information, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, project confidence, identify organizational needs, and convincingly present information, analysis and recommendations.
  • Demonstrates sensitivity to customer needs and expectations.
  • Strong organizational, close attention to detail and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn other analytics tools.
  • Experience working in the healthcare or Medicaid managed care industry is strongly preferred
  • Employees are required to be fully COVID vaccinated.
