Role: Business Analyst (HRIS and Payroll)

Duration of the Contract: At least 3 months but could extend to 6+ months

Location: 100% remote is allowed. Client will supply equipment.

Interview Process: At least one interview. Second interview for more technical questions or have more staff join the interview. Usually make a decision within 2 business days. Interviews will be virtual.

Job Description:

our client is seeking a qualified BA to analysis their current systems, gather requirements and assist with submitting an RFP for replacement of current systems.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years as a BA, Gathering Requirements, experience capturing HRIS and Payroll (Ceridian Dayforce HCM) and Time & Attendance (UKG/Kronos Workforce Central) requirements, Technical Writing

Nice to Have:

  • RFP experience, Defining Business Processes, Visio
