Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Duration: 3+ Month ("Possible Extension")

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete.
• Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
• May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
• There is a 3-point match between, PO, Receiving, and Invoice to ensure we have received all items ordered. Once confirmed, the invoice is processed for payment.

Required skills:

• 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• This position is on vendor control. Vendor setup/update experience is a plus.
• 10-key skills.
• Comfortable using a computer all day, utilizing multiple browser tabs.
