As Group Product Manager - Insurance Portal (WIPO) (f/m/d) you help wefox make insurance 10x better by leading an awesome team of Product Managers to create a truly exceptional customer experience at scale.

A leader and a manager first, your first priority is to develop your team by creating opportunities for them to develop as Product Managers and professionals, resulting in better product outcomes and higher engagement from team members.

Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate a compelling product vision for WIPO, charting a path for a customer experience everyone at wefox is proud of
• Develop your team by supporting them in creating learning and development plans, finding them stretch opportunities and providing timely and relevant feedback
• Recruit new team members on the basis of Product Management capability, alignment with wefox values and ability to contribute positively to the goals and dynamics of the team
• Champion the use of data to make better product decisions
• Collaborate with peers in platform and sales oriented teams to ensure compatible roadmaps in order to achieve wefox products goals

About you:

• 5+ years of both people and product leadership experience, experience in a rapidly scaling environment is beneficial
• Experiences building and delivering compelling e2e user experience
• Excellent knowledge of Product Management craft - from strategy development to writing better user stories and delivering products to the customer
• Embody a learning mindset that you instil in the teams you lead
• Comfortable using data to make decisions, including AB testing and leveraging analytics insights
• Collaborative approach to problem solving
• Experience working with Product Designers to create outstanding customer experiences
• Previous experience from a similar industry and/or B2B is a plus
• Clear and concise communicator, fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
