More than 50% of the people would like to invest in real estate - but less than 20% do. Real estate investments are complex: properties need to be visited, tenants have to be found, maintenance work must be done, and complicated contracts are required. But above all of this, you need a lot of capital, the average apartment costs 300.000.

At Brickwise, we provide the most customer-centric trading platform for digital real estate investments. Users can invest in real estate shares starting from 100, receive a monthly income, and can sell their shares to other users at any time.

Tasks

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on UX Designer who will be responsible for discovering what information our customers need to ensure they have a smooth, comfortable and enjoyable buying process and likes to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

• You will work on new product features and prototype and iterate on them to design the best trading platform for digital real estate investments
• You will work in a collaborative environment with Product Owner, Engineers and other stakeholders to identify, research, and solve product problems
• You will run usability tests and user interviews to further understand our customers
• You will plan and execute research projects and formulate research questions out of the project roadmap

Requirements

Who you are

• You have a passion and talent for digital product design
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing customer facing products (bonus experience in Banking/Investing/Fintech industry)
• A keen interest in understanding patterns of human interaction
• Experience in customer-centric design processes, from conducting interviews & user research and driving product discovery like A/B tests
• Taking responsibility is part of your DNA
• Excellent English skills, German is a nice to have
• It would be nice if you know your way around in Figma
