Job Description

- Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of UX ideas.
- Work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers, product managers, project managers, researchers, and fellow designers.
- Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs.
- Respond to briefs and opportunities - have hands-on involvement in larger, strategic projects.
- Creatively lead a broad range of projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Remain accountable for the quality of deliverables.
- Build a vision, and define goals and weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
- Strong understanding of UI design tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Deep understanding of UX/Research, UX design, Usability testing, and Information Architecture.
- Deep understanding of research methodologies and ability to develop user stories and personas.
