Convention Sales Manager

-To manage sales activities and events inline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for the hotel

-Take responsibility for groups bookings from sales handover to event pre-conference Handle all correspondence for additional pre-event details ensuring that operational teams are fully aware of requirements -

Welcome organizers in house and conduct site inspections to evaluate space and event final needs

-Coordinate allocation of space for the conference and associated events

-Develop and increase banqueting revenues by effective suggestive selling Handover operations to Banquet Team on site and conduct all final billing procedures

-Conduct exit interviews and communicate to relevant departments respective feedback
