- Troubleshoot complex problem like Application slowness, through use of tools like IPSla, Net flow etc., usage of packet tracing and debug commands. b. Perform Correlation and Analytics for complex issue resolution. c. Evaluate Product Platforms, carry out Proof of Concept and Integrations, Knowledge Acquisition and Transfer d. Understand the need of business & convert them into BOM / design by proposing right HW make / model / version e. Plan & Deploy solutions through advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- VPN a. Design and implement VPN environment according to customer requirement. b. Configure IPSEC, L3VPN, and DMVPN. c. T-shoot and provide solutions for VPN related incidents, related to VPN Tunnel establishment
