We have an opening for an outstanding, people centred director to join our Executive Committee at Ground Control.

Leading a highly established Grounds Maintenance business unit, you ll be eager to embark on a transformational journey, showcasing solid executive leadership experience to build and strengthen customer, colleague and business relationships, supporting Ground Control to deliver our ambitious 5-year business plan, while caring for our environment.

• Maintain, Develop and strengthen positive relationships with customers, colleagues, Field Teams and visitors alike.

• Take ownership and accountability for your business units success. You will have autonomy to initiate and develop opportunities and relationships for Ground Controls continuing growth.

• Acting as Brand Ambassador for Ground Control, you will increase positive company awareness through networking, and promotion your personal brand.

Who we re Seeking

• A highly experienced Executive Director, who can demonstrate positive, transformational leadership within large scale, national, service delivery.

• An A player who can demonstrate, through their career achievements, their ability to deliver outstanding customer service, taking personal and visible action to help, support or lead.

• An expert listener, negotiator and diplomat, with the integrity and gravitas to positively influence C suite level decisions.

• A highly ambitious executive leader with an open mindset, continuously looking to improve themselves, their people, and their business unit.

• People focused, you ll naturally inspire confidence, and understand the importance of continuous engagement for improved productivity.

• A logical thinker thoroughly versed in Sequencing, you ll have the resilience to push for continuous growth, and the intellect to plan for setbacks in a VUCA world.

• Technologically savvy, you ll have the ability to quickly locate how and where to introduce IT solutions to amplify output and improve business and customer visibility.

• Highly Capable in the strategic space, you ll be as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to problem solve in the transactional world.

• A people person and great communicator, who enjoys relationship building. You ll have strong EQ to spot the need for a change in approach, and resilience to take tough decisions.

• A role model, confident to champion our values and commitment to Caring for the Environment, and act as guardian to protect our positive and inclusive culture.
