Responsibilities:

• You are a driving force to organize and develop the support methodology necessary to meet the needs of a core team composed of different professions (marketing, IT, operations, sales…)
• You are able to synthesize complex information to deliver it to a large audience.
• You know how to combine the rigor of consulting with the creativity of an experienced designer.
• You know how to lead a team that will follow you with confidence in the deployment of new working methods, whether in coaching or training.
• A plus: be aware of Design Thinking techniques and agile production methods.
• The activities:
• Understand user needs and business expectations using Design methods and client research techniques (observation, empathy interview).
• Facilitate collaborative design and prioritization workshops with stakeholders, participate in Design Thinking creativity sessions and manage the coaching component of a project.
• Pilot user tests, especially when the project requires the production of digital prototypes.
• Contribute to the inventory and enrichment of existing courses, functions and content;
• Contribute to the life of the Cx community, notably by sharing best practices and Cx monitoring.
• To be trained in the evolutions of its profession and the new Orange project methods (e.g. Design sprint, Agile...).
• Contribute to the evolution of the Cx culture within management and OBS.
• You have a master degree in business or design
