IT Integration Coordinator (f/m/d)

Reporting directly to the Head of ICT, IT INTEGRATION COORDINATOR will manage all the activities in the ICT area related to migrations, integrations and mergers of existing software towards unified group solutions. within the wefox group in Italy.

With strong growth come new challenges: you would be the one in charge of spreading the agile mindset and culture across the company and making sure we can scale in an agile way.

In this role you will be:

• Focal point of all requests / developments related to core "market" software for business continuity;draws up and cyclically maintains the integration plan, effectively exporting the timetable;
• As a system integrator, he will design the application architectures and will have to draw up the organized processes as-is and to-be
• Proposes improvement actions aimed at optimizing the service or reducing costs (Continual Service Improvement);

What you bring:

• HS Diploma or University Bachelor Degree
• Experience of at least 5 years in the same role in complex and structured companies.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies for project management; possession of certification is considered a preferential requirement.
• Excellent knowledge of Saleforce; Possession of a Saleforce Admin certification or has a proven knowledge of the tool is considered a preferential requirement.
• Good knowledge of AWS solutions with particular focus on the Amazon Connect solution.
• Excellent knowledge Sap B1 - S4 / Hana.
• Good knowledge of SQL language, with a focus on data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of business process management systems.
• Proactivity and desire to get involved in a rapidly growing environment.
• Excellent analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English, at least level B2; knowledge of Spanish or German are welcome
