Job Description

- Manage Payment Gateway Integration in coordination with Development/Devops team and providers.
- Manage platform integration with Merchant sales channels
- Understand Merchant's requirements to develop new features and its timely delivery
- Manage relationship with payment gateway partners, merchants to address and troubleshoot if any challenges.
- Responsible for managing Payment gateway platform, APIs, Web & Mobile SDKs.
- Vendor Management for Software Development, PCI DSS certification, Cybersecurity etc.
- Responsible for monitoring and adhering to industry standard compliances- PCI DSS, GDPR, SAQs, Bank guidelines etc.
- Responsible for devising Product Roadmap
- Support technical project team members to translate business needs into IT requirements
- Product Management by integrating customer feedback into the product roadmap and showcasing our latest developments to clients
