- To manage registered service providers vendors instructors and coaches related to lifestyle and fitness business unit Ensure Health and Entertainment receptionists and related team follow superior customer service guidelines and work closely with customer service team to enhance service delivery standards and procedures Ensure customer acquisition and retention by delivering excellent lifestyle and fitness services to all properties Collaborate with customer service team to develop and manage comprehensive training programs for Health and Entertainment receptionist teams to ensure and enhance customer experience Develop implement and oversee policies processes and procedures related to Health club and fitness lifestyle
