Job Description

- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints, resolve issues or direct them to appropriate teams.
- Promote MyFatoorah’s image and brand to customers
- Up-time and support for special events and expos.
- Conduct terminal training for merchant to improve product knowledge
- Caution management of POS equipment and POS system problems.
- Provide price quotes on POS terminals
