Job Description

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
- Assist in the processing of financial statements according to accounting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures and legal regulations.
- Comply with the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) for financial statements.
- Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
- Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
- Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Complete end-of-month closing procedures.
- Review and process expenses and payroll.
- Process and track advances and reimbursements.
- Track and reconcile collections and deposits to customer accounts.
- Process and reconcile settlements of supplier accounts.
