- Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.
- Show evidence of strong Health and Safety experience within a large establishment. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.
- Be proactive in their approach to dealing with interactions with external and internal enquires on Health and Safety in line with the school’s expected high standards;
- Hold relevant Health and Safety qualification and knowledgeable in H&S legislation and procedures.
- Go the extra mile, including working outside of standard school hours, ensuring service level delivery is met;
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams;
- Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto
