Job Description
- Ensure effective management of all engineering functions to ensure maximum equipment/utilities reliability and performance.
- Ensure equipment compliance to PI engineering standards.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant personnel and product safety requirements.
- Control and monitor engineering related expenditure against budget.
- Ensure compliance to purchasing policies, including asset register management.
- Manage the selection and appointment process to ensure that competent and highly skilled maintenance technicians are hired.
- Manage the development process of the engineering department in order to ensure individuals competence is optimised to deliver performance objectives.
