- As a successful candidate you will have a degree in Civil Engineering with previous experience as an Resident Engineer, a broad experience in site supervision and construction management of major highways projects. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to work in a multi-cultural and multi-discipline team. A pre-requisite of the role is Middle East experience.
