- As a effective candidate you will have a degree in Civil Engineering. A Master’s degree or other post graduate qualifications in relevant fields will be added advantage. Professional Registration with appropriate Institution (P.E, ICE, CIWEM, etc.) will be preferred. Clear understanding of FIDIC forms of contracts and contract procurement, understanding the process of preparation of tenders for construction contracts based on FIDIC and/or other forms of conditions of contract. Creating workflow to track and analyze project design deliverables and design with an understanding of project costs including gross margin analysis having mastered each of the three core PC’s areas (cost control, scheduling, estimating), leads team in mitigating financial risks and exposures.
