Technical Delivery Manager

Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations.

Manage the scope of projects from inception to closure.

Define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.

Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.

Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.

Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center.

Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.

Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective.

Analyze and address business objectives, and requirements with IT solutions, besides working with users to determine system requirements and solve problems.

Translate and apply the centers vision to all technical systems and applied projects.

Coordinate activities and programs with other departments to expedite work and improve interdepartmental performance using tact and diplomacy.

Maintain well knowledge of operations, best practices, regulations, or activities in the field of responsibility.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information technologies and computer systems.

PMP Certification is Preferred.

5+ Years of experience in relevant positions.

Drive and coordinate crisis management.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field of specialization and its application.
