Job Description
- Manager of a Local Marketing Associate(s)
- Responsible for the marketing diagnosis per city to define the main consumer's challenges at a local level
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Work with our external media agency and our external local marketing
- Cross-functional collaboration - effectively collaborate with teams across the business- both locally and centrally- including the commercial team and the rest of the marketing services (Rx Marketing, CRM, Brand Equity)
- Experience of hyper localizing national campaigns.
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once.
- Experience evaluating campaigns and providing future recommendations.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and confidence in presenting ideas.
- A self-starter attitude that’s comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Help accelerate and grow the inbound channel and sign-up rate of merchants through content-led initiatives - tactical as well as always on and programmatic.
- Come up with bold ideas
- Write and edit blogs, guides, stories, social posts, webinars, product information, newsletters, and anything else you want to get your hands on
- Help to shape our communications strategy for our Sales teams - emails, case studies, scripts, pitches
