The Senior Analyst/Associate Investment will be handling the financial activities including budgeting, forecasting,
building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and
assisting with close processes
1. Prepare quarterly report on the portfolio performance
2. Conduct valuation for current and potential assets
3. Review and assess new investment opportunities
4. Monitor & influence the performance of portfolio companies/ projects
5. Prepare presentations to support business cases
6. Monitor and report on economic and market dynamics
Requirements
1. Field of Study: Bachelor Degree in finance / Banking / commerce / Economics
2. Experience: Range of 3: 7 Years
3. Knowledge: Having part of CFA / CAIA / ICVS, FMVA , MRICS or TaqeemMembership could be a plus
4. Experience in Real Estate Sector is a Plus
1. Financial Analysis / Modeling
2. Strong numerical skills
3. Dealing with financial platforms such as : Blomberg & Reuters
