Material Coordinator

Responsible for ensuring the all shipment planning data for Air/Sea/Ground movement is compiled and replicated in support of Current Operations working in our Transportation Operations Center (TOC) supporting Logistics Operations Center (LOC) in coordination with Supply Operations Center (SOC, Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), and Retrograde Operation Center (ROC).

2. Prepare shipment mission analysis for all missions/taskers through proper listed systems, regulations, and sites to perform accurate analysis.

3. Responsible for preparation of shipment documentation mechanisms to depict ongoing mission statuses of shipments, and report to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Government daily.

4. Ensure specific mission/project bench mark goals are identified and attained to track and manage all Transportation Tasker shipments via Air/Sea/Ground onward movement to Global destinations in support of the Army Warfighter.

5. Responsible for ensuring program logistics resources (supply, transportation, and maintenance) can adequately support each mission requirement through coordination with data systems such as TC-AIMs, Defense Transportation Regulations, and JOPES.
