Job Description
- Preparing Strategy, Plan and Forecast for C&E revenues in cooperation with Commercial Director
- Development and solicitation of Banquet and event package plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure an effective activity chase process is implemented in the department as per company standards
- Attend, host and co-ordinate client entertaining events as required Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports and responsible for the departmental budget and financial plans
- Monitor hotel spend and always look for opportunities to optimize sales whilst minimizing waste
- Forecasting, purchasing, costing and manpower, etc.
- Coordinate all new projects initiatives and procedure research reports when necessary.
- Negotiate sales prices within booking guidelines
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures in relation to banqueting standards and health and safety.
