• Be the single accountable leader for the Order To Cash process, within Fresenius Medical Care’s large global matrixed enterprise environment.
• Set an ambitious and clear vision for the Order To Cash process and its enabling technology.
• Effectively engage and align the key stakeholders in the definition, performance requirements and required roadmap to achieve targets, including senior executives/leaders within commercial, procurement, logistics, supply chain, and finance functions.
• Evaluate and identify appropriate technology stacks and platforms in partnership with platform owners.
