US - Senior Director Product Solutions

Simplify Healthcare is undergoing an evolution in growth and culture and we are seeking a bright, energetic, and inquisitive candidate to help us build and drive best in class product strategy and delivery.The Senior Director Product Solutions will be a Product Head responsible for evolving Simplify s current product suite to take on the reigns of providing a robust Enterprise product management framework, process, and mindset to the team.The Product Head will work closely with software development, sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure product milestones, launch plans and customer satisfaction (both internal and external) goals are met.The role reports to the Vice President and will be a part of the Product leadership team.

Skills :

• The position requires experience in leading product development and complex implementations to elevate and lead product strategy at Simplify.
• Own and drive Simplify Product life cycle including pilot launches, yearly product upgrades, compliance with CMS releases.
• Establish and maintain the roadmap for the entire platform, and drive prioritization decision that aligns with business growth, customer needs and overall technology strategy.
• Use deep analysis of user needs to develop creative strategies for the product and align the technology organization to those strategies.
• Collaborate with the QA organization to carve out a robust test strategy ensuring a high-quality product rollout.
• Drive implementation strategies to ensure successful and timely implementations with a high rate of user adoption.
