Job Description

To call on and sell our services to homeowners & businesses. Major focus will be placed on selling, organizing & scheduling accounts to be serviced. Paperwork detail, selling techniques and customer follow-up will be key to performing a job well done. In focusing on these, you will help accomplish Future’s mission.

Skills :

Must learn chemical products, e.g formulation, how to apply and how they work.
Must learn Future’s lawn, pest, and termite programs
Must network with associations and community organization and events.
Shall continually seek out new ways to secure business and increase revenue.
Shall continually strengthen ties with current customers to secure other services.
Shall stay abreast of competitive challenges, pricing, and new products.
Shall make at least 5 proposals each day. 
Will call on ALL NHV’s (New Homeowners) each week.
Will attempt to sell or reinstate all LRV’s (Lapse Renewal Visit)
Will attempt to crosssell our other services during renewals inspections.
Will be actively involved in lead development at all times.
Will sell a minimum of $15,000 monthly.

Shall endeavor to sell 50% of all leads given to him/her.

Will call new homeowners, in their area, that we have completed New Construction Termite treatment.
Will call on all customer cancellations, in their area, in order to reinstate service. 
Will call all leads given to him/her promptly when they are given. 
Will always try to make appointments to meet with the customer to perform an inspection, prepare an estimate and make a person-to-person presentation.
Shall always use the sales presentation guide.
Will read or listen to self-help & sales related material.
Will follow-up on all proposals presented to the customer in a systematic manner. This will include calling on the customer during the evening hours.

Will seek to find new customers by clover-leafing, door knocking, asking for referrals and any other lead source, especially when there is time between sales calls.

Shall attempt to “Save” any and all cancellations.

Complete and submit daily service reports as required.

Shall have the capability to deal with difficult persons and situations. Its not personal, its just business.

Will always be punctual to work and appointments.

Will promote good customer relations at all times through proper communication, quality image and integrity.

Shall be availabe to the office at all times from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Must have all paperwork completed and ready for review by 8:30 a.m.

Must have good organization skills.

Attend all technical training meetings to stay abreast of changes.

Will maintain service equipment in clean and properly operating condition.

Maintain vehicle in a safe, clean and properly decaled condition.

Maintain a safe driving record.

Observe dress codes as established by the company.

Shall maintain vehicle and equipment to prevent breakdown and untimely repairs.

Must keep all products labeled and locked up at all times.

Must report to work on time each morning.

Must clean vehicle at least once per week and in detail monthly.

Shall perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
