Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on our services
Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all services in the our medical center portfolio
Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services
Requirements
0-2 in call center and telesales
bachelor degree
background medical industry is preffered
Good command with computer & office
Very good in English / commutation skills
