- Definition of needed refinements to existing digital products and services and the creation of new offerings either aligned with an existing In-Center, Critical Care & Home lines of business (Verticals) or established as a new venture
- Develop detailed expertise within new Digital Ventures opportunity areas and the Verticals that include a deep understanding of the end-end value chain and needed patient, Provider and Care Enablement experience
- Benchmark digital offerings with competitors and other external digital innovation occurring outside of renal care
