- Responsible for hosting on-site tours of properties to allow prospective tenants physically check the space. They should be fully knowledgeable on all aspects of each property and highlights interesting features or amenities of a property, background about the facility, surrounding neighborhood amenities, play grounds, swimming pools, and scenery.
- Responsible for performing a consistent screening process by sorting through the prospective tenant applications, including running credit checks and criminal background checks to ensure they meet the company requirements.
- Professionally and courteously handles all tenants’ inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns. Ensures a high level of resident relations is maintained through regular contact and proactive attention to resident needs being maintenance issues or other concerns. Should have the necessary contacts to handle emergency situations.
- Ensures smooth and timely transition of new tenants and manages the process and paperwork.
- Ensures tenants’ files are consistent with URC policies and procedures, and maintains a proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence.
- Creates and maintains a database of all past, current, and future tenants for archiving and records purposes.
- Inspects the property’s security standards, cleaning and maintenance issues and reports it to providers.
- Coordinates with Leasing Executives to ensure that all leases and renewal agreements are signed by the property owners or lesser in compliance with existing contracts and organization guidelines.
