Job Description
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams as well as the management and execution of site development projects against delivery commitments and project plans.
- leading with understanding of new and relevant technologies for the purpose of realizing efficiency
- Prepare and manage the engineering department’s budget
- Design strategies for future development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
- Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
- Preparing timelines schedules for the projects
- Preparing reports for monitoring department’s performance
- providing technical guidance and direction, as well as hands-on resource and project management.
Job Requirements
- Experience more than 18 up to 20 years
- Real estate Background is must
- Experience at New Cairo Developers is preferable
- Ability on take responsibilities and decisions
- Leadership and Management skills
- Governmental University
