Job Description
- Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining computer/server operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of IT and technological services within the group to enable effective IT Support.
- Providing technical support, handling portal enquiries of the company, its affiliated companies, and clients.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
