Produce detailed analysis based on assurance review and publish the Reports / Dashboards to all appropriate stake holders Setting up daily, weekly and monthly reporting calls as appropriate with appropriate stakeholders to discuss on reports and dashboards Ensure Programs / Projects are amending artifacts / doing the needful to reflect the findings and track the findings to closure. Assists quality related measurements and setting up daily, weekly or monthly reporting in processes or projects (KPI Dashboards). Assist IT Quality Manager to Produce and Maintain Process, Documentation and Procedural standards for Program / Project Management (PM) /Program Management Office (PMO) and Quality Assurance (QA) Support IT Quality Manager on the activities as needed. Operates CRs reviewed in term of documents and approvals and approved in GSD on time Bachelors in Comp Science / Software / IT / Business Analysis
